A challenging class of squats and lunges, with some hardcore abs work thrown in for good measure!
2.30 MINDFULNESS PILATES

A gentle mat based Pilates class focusing on your inner world. Be prepared to chill out completely.
Everything required for classes will be provided.
Please arrive 10 mins before your first session to book in.
