Debbie has experimented and found a range of exercises that I really like, with the equipment I have at home. This means I am better motivated and don't leave out any exercises.
I have failed on gym and group programmes before because no-one has really checked that I am doing things properly. She does!
If you were to tell someone about your personal training sessions what would you say?
The training provided has been tailor-made to suit my fitness level. The advice and feedback given throughout each session is extremely constructive and motivational. Above all I feel I have actually achieved something after each session.
It is much easier to master the correct techniques in a one to one situation. You were always very patient and didn’t mind repeating things until I got them right!
Would you recommend me to others? Why?
