I/we need to see what others see

When I was on holiday I walked around the beach and saw lots of bodies of all shapes, sizes and colours.... and they all looked fine. They were just bodies. And lovely bodies at that.

I packed a couple of bikinis plus swim costumes... and I'm pleased to say that bikinis won the day.

I do look at photos and am critical of myself.... but I have a lovely body too.

Enjoy your body it's great. It's yours. It's absolutely fine.

Ps: aren't waves brilliant!
