Why Come to Me?

I don't usually shout out about my sessions however attending classes this week has made me realise....


1) I maybe don't work you hard enough

2) I ensure you get the technique right


When boxing I get you to rotate to use your body not just your arms.


At seated classes I help you feel where your weight is to assist with standing.


In personal training I will adjust your plan depending on how you are feeling on a particular day (condition awareness).


During dance routines I'll turn round to help you get the move correct.


With online classes I request you have your camera on so that I can check how you are getting on plus give feedback.


During Nordic Walks we balance getting technique right with a good chat.



Finally at strength sessions I explain how to tweak the exercise to gain maximum benefits.

So.... if I'm the instructor for you, then book into classes or get in touch about personal training.


PS: I'm not particularly changing the level of difficulty of classes and will always adjust to those your attend. But if you want to work harder let me know so I can give you alternatives.
